In the comfort of your own home, continue with your balance and core training!
You gotta be ready when those trails open!
Those of you that participated in the outdoor winterfit program are aware that we did a variety of mat work exercises to complement the striding and bounding lessons. So, let’s stay active! You can still sign up for these at-home exercises regardless of the type of activities you tend to gravitate toward. Whether you kayak, snowshoe or x-country ski etc, you will benefit from participating!
This at-home winterfit program will help you:

When:
Wednesday evenings via zoom starting Jan. 12th
Time: 7:30 - 8:10
(continuation after February is dependent on a variety of factors)
Meeting Place: Zoom in your own home with your computer screen in view. The zoom invitation will be sent to you via email the day before the event. **Please make sure that you mute yourself so that people can hear the instructions.

What to Wear: Workout gear that you would wear to a gym and running shoes
Where: Choose a space in your home where you can move freely without bumping into anything. A carpeted area with your mat on top is ideal.

Balance exercises - 15 minutes
Core exercises - 15 minutes
